Located close to JBR walk and beach we are delighted to offer this upgraded apartment.
The Apartment is in the Royal Oceanic Tower opposite Royal Meridian Hotel.

- Please be advised there`s a construction nearby so if you are a light sleeper please bring earplugs
- JBR1 Tram station is a 7 minute walk which connect you to Dubai Metro

Kitchen equipment: a kettle, toaster, fridge, cooker, and washing machine for your convenience.
Please note that beach towels are not provided, so we kindly ask that you bring your own if you plan to enjoy the beach or pool.
