Bright and airy, very clean two bedroom apartment with mature garden, nestled amongst tropical landscaped communal gardens, featuring 3 pools and offering sea views from the large furnished terrace/garden. Only 15 min walk to award winning Burriana beach.
The popular Spanish seaside town of Nerja with it’s blue flag beaches, historical center and pedestrian pathways- 25 minutes walk away.
The space
• 2 Double bedrooms (1 double & 2 single beds). Linen, bathroom and beach towels provided.
• 2 shower rooms (one is the master bedroom ensuite).
• Fully equipped family kitchen with all appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster).
• Spacious, open-plan lounge/dining area.
• Large terrace with a south-facing garden and sea views. Includes a covered area and 3 additional retracting awnings as needed.
• AC in all rooms.
• Heating for winter months.
• Free WIFI (Fibre Broadband).
• 15 mins walk to Burriana beach; 1 minute walk to bus stop to town or Burriana beach.
• 2 pools + 1 shallow children's pool surrounded with beautiful communal gardens.
• Private gated entrance and easy free parking just outside.
Taxis can be ordered to specific pick up points. There is a local bus stop, 1 min away from the property. The bus runs all year round and stops at several locations around Nerja. There is also a seasonal stop at Burriana beach. Supermarket is 500m away. Town Centre 25 minutes walk. Several picturesque walks from development including cliff walk to Burriana beach.
