My family and I enjoyed our stay at Paces Palazzo for Christmas. The kitchen was the perfect place for all of the cooking and baking, plus having two refrigerators worked out excellently. We had ample space for the 15 of us with the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the dining room table not only served as the place to eat, but was also great from game nights.

All categories were five star, but overall was a four due to a couple minor defects. The host was flexible enough to allow same day booking, and he even stayed up through the night with customer service to help it happen. The property was nice. The service was excellent. I'll be booking here again ASAP!

Communication with the host was so wonderful, make the experience the best ever from check in to check out. The process was very seamless they make you feel like it’s your home. The place is much more beautiful than you can imagine, very spacious, rooms very clean. If I could give 10stars I would. Worth every penny I highly recommend.

One of my favorite passions, about being a host is sharing my love for my hometown and passion for design.

Why they chose this property

This home is located on a wooded lot in what has been called the Beverly Hills of the South. Many of these fascinating historical homes have been carefully renovated and nestled in some of the most pristine forest with unparalleled privacy while being remarkably close to downtown. A simple stroll through the neighboring streets presents numerous historical markers and natural wonders to discover.

What makes this property unique

This home was owned and originally designed by one of Atlanta’s famed designers. We I felt a deep responsibility to preserve the sophisticated aesthetic and pay homage to the rare and exquisite materials selected for the estate.

Like no other home we have seen in the Atlanta are, this palazzo-style style estate boasts floor-to-ceiling Italian marble, ornate wood carvings and molding throughout, an extensive array of balconies, hand-painted murals, and so much other rare charm.

Infused with a stories of gilded stately parties, magical candle-lit soirées, and warm, family memories, the Paces Palazzo is the perfect location. Whether you are hosting a special event, planning your wedding, visiting for a weekend of nightlife, or looking for a unique getaway with unparalleled spa experience, no other house in the Atlanta area can offer such an elevated experience.
