The ocean front home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths (including a Jacuzzi tub in Master) plus a fold out couch. The 3rd level has unobstructed views of the sound. The rooftop retreat will have you in your happy place. Full wet bar, cable TV (in all rooms) and a spacious deck. The first floor offers, living room, kitchen, dining room and three bedrooms with an accessible full bathroom.

Just a short 1 block walk to Shell beach or a lovely costal 10 minute walk to West Silver Sands Beach for a 1 Mile stretch of sand and sun.

Accessible in minutes to New Haven and Yale University, the VA Hospital, a variety of airports including less than 10 min drive from Tweed New Haven Airport hosting Avelo Airlines. This secret spot will have you wishing to stay longer and excited for a return trip!

Really lovely property in a great location and amazing views. One bedroom did not have air conditioning and another bedroom did not have working blinds for all windows which required some compromises. Local beaches are beautiful.
