Check in process was easy and parking was convenient. The microwave didn't work which we reported multiple times during our stay and was never addressed. The dryer also took 2 full cycles to dry small loads. Other than that, things went great!

The accommodations were clean. The beach and beach rentals for chairs/umbrellas was great. The view was beautiful from the balcony. Ate on the balcony several times. The kids loved the pool. It was big enough for many families to enjoy. Had an unfortunate issue checking in. Front desk person was difficult. Had to call B/R to intervene, which they did. Overall it was a great vacation.

Perfect size for 2 couples. Had everything we needed. Was without wifi the entire time. Property was aware of but made working difficult - had to leave property to log in and return emails. And to watch NCAA Baseball. Elevator was quick, pool was kept clean and short walk to beach on a mat that made easy walking in sand.

The condo was as pictured. The paint and decor could use some improvement to have a more coastal cool vibe and be more color coordinated. The living room rug looked dirty and probably should be replaced. The washer and dryer needs to be replaced as the dryer took 3-4 hours to dry things. The Keurig coffee pot wouldn’t release water. Overall ok and had everything you needed with basic start up toiletries and fresh towels. Property needed paint refreshed in some areas to make a cleaner appearance. Also a lobby bar or poolside bar would be nice with available bar foods. Some evening activities would be nice like karaoke or live music or DJ. The pool and beach were nice but no available beach chairs unless purchased for 65/day. Had a wonderful beachfront view of the beach and ocean. I probably would not book again.

the beach view was outstandingthe rooms were cleanthe potty seat in master bathroom was brokenit never got fixed for old people like us this was upsettingi tried to tighten it myself with no luck i complained but only got answer on Sunday and still no one ever showed up
