Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Or, drive your car right onto the beach with all of your gear. Couldn't be easier! Dog friendly! Relax and unwind in the large private fenced in yard. Star gaze on the hammock, plus outdoor shower, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, grill, outdoor dining, outdoor TV. You won't find this outdoor space anywhere else! Half bath accessible from back patio. Two queen bedrooms plus bunk room with 4 beds is great for kids, updated full bath, updated kitchen, bright open space. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, heating, washer/dryer, and WiFi. Walk to bayside where you can fish, kayak, SUP, or enjoy the sunset with a cocktail. Boat ramp a few blocks away. Bring your boat trailer! Located just 15 minutes to historic downtown and 10 minutes to the Ampitheatre, this house has it all. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our home.
