The apartment has a nice layout, and the living room, kitchen, and bedroom are attractive. The bathroom sinks have several rust spots, and the bulbs were out in one of the bedside lamps as well as the bedroom ceiling fixture. Overall, it’s a good place to stay. Directions to the apartment unit were inaccurate, and no building or apartment number was given, so I had to reach out for help from VRBO when the host did not respond. We eventually got in, though.

The location was perfect

We had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment during our quick trip to Houston. The location was perfect—right in downtown and close to everything we came for, which made getting around super easy. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt safe and secure, which we really appreciated. The building amenities were a nice bonus—the gym was well-equipped, and the pool area looked like a great spot to relax. Overall, a solid place to stay if you're visiting Houston for business or a short getaway. We'd definitely consider staying here again!

This is a nice and comfortable 1 BR apartment very near the medical centers in Houston. It is located in a gated apartment community with a pool and gym facility. It is also a short walk to the Houston MetroRail stop that can take you to the nearby Hermann Park and museum district. It is also a short walk to the NRG stadiums.
