I loved my stay overall despite a few quirks...one of them being a maintenance problem with water leakage out into the building's hallway coming from the plumbing inside of the wall. Maintenance knocked on my door to alert me that there was water coming out into the hallway from my apartment, and I let them inside of the apartment to assess the problem. The host is very hospitable and helpful with any needs or concerns...the apartment itself is cute and peaceful. The location is perfect, and in a very nice area with other properties along Kirby Drive. It's also close to a strip mall...there are also places to eat close by.

Host communication was quick, easy, and efficient. Easy access, safe parking, beautiful apartment. Great location, and easy checkout.I did not swim in the pool or use the exercise area, but both looked very nice. Would stay there again.

Beautiful place. Absolutely the easiest check in and trust me we’re in Houston constantly. Such a clean warm place to stay and the location was perfect for us and our MD Anderson appointments! Definitely will rent again if available!

The property was just as it was listed. Very clean and well decorated. It is walking distance from the stadium if you are used to walking. About .9 miles I think. Good exercise. There were plenty of towels and the robes were very comfy. Would definitely book again!

It was close to the Medical Center which was really nice but not exactly easy to get to with a handicapped elderly person. When we arrived we could not get the Gate Code to work and there was no way to call Host only message which was apparently not seen until the next day. When we finally made it into the VRBO, it was 56 in the unit (mind you that the temp outside was 26, so it was COLD). We put some stuff in the fridge and the handle was crusty and the microwave was very dirty. Went to put bathroom stuff away and the door knob was again crusty one drawer was full of whiskers among other nasty stuff. I did message the Host and he did have the cleaners at least clean those areas. The week we stayed in Houston it was during a nasty cold front. During the past 2 days we didn't have any heat. We did message the Host and asked if there something we were missing. Since there was not a way to directly call it was a couple hours before the reply and then a ticket for Maintenance was put in and they were there when we returned, SURPRISE someone is in the Unit you rented in a Big City just a little but of a SHOCK AND SCARE. I looked on the app and I had a message 4 mins ago that Maintenance was there. Also, the TV in the Last I wanted to let anyone that has a handicapped person accompanying them that this Unit is not very handicap friendly. The tub is nice but was extremely hard to get into. There is no grab bar and is dangerous for anyone with mobility issues.
