This awesome beach block first-floor unit is ready for you to come and enjoy! Enter at ground level on the East side of the house, where you'll find a foyer and a bonus room. Head upstairs to the main level, which features a spacious kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area with access to the front deck. Down the hall, you'll find the bedrooms, starting with one that has its own private bath. There's a hallway laundry closet, followed by two additional bedrooms, a hall bath, and the master suite with its own private bath. The fenced rear yard includes an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. This wonderful unit is in a fantastic location and offers all the comfort and convenience you need for a relaxing vacation!
