This is one of the nicer areas of Plaza Midwood. House was as described and worked well. Walking distance to bars and grocery.

Nice location. Spacious house. Old construction but well kept. Not fancy. Simple but comfortable. A/C system is old and struggled to keep cold. Thermostat battery died during the night. Woke up hot. My sister could not sleep. Host showed up with batteries without saying he was coming over. Put in new batteries but A/C would not cool down below 78 degrees all day. Repeatedly messaged host about A/C and he ignored responding to my messages. I called VRBO customer service and they sent an email to him to fix it at 10pm at night. No response. Slept in warm temps again. Checked out the next morning. He sends a list of to do’s before leaving without addressing the A/C issue. Paid 500 for 3 nights which 2 were hot. Not worth it. Will not stay there again.

It was ants in the bath tub and their blinds was torn up. Their covers on the bed wasn’t really fresh. The chair in the room look like it never been dusted.
