This cozy retreat sleeps four guests, making it a great space for two, or a few. We offer modern and convenient amenities to ensure a cozy and memorable stay near the heart of the city. This space is great for the business person, couples getaway, a visiting or vacationing family, and the solo traveler.

The space:
This private apartment is the entire upstairs unit of the house with everything you need for a work trip or quick getaway. This space is close to downtown and comes with a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room.

The cozy living room has everything for a relaxing stay; A comfy pullout queen couch, 65" smart TV, work desk, and high-speed internet.

The full kitchen comes with everything you could need! Full stove and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, pots, pans, extendable table, and the rest of the normal things.

The location is very near downtown, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. While centrally located, if you can't walk to it, most things are only a short drive away. Student visits and Collegiate sports are easy with only blocks from Colorado College and a 10 minute drive to the Air Force Academy. Thus us a great home base to see all the tourist attractions like Garden of the Gods, The Cog Railway, or beautiful Pikes Peak.

The check in and out is easy with hassle-free keyless entry with the attached smart lock.

Guest access:
You will have access to the whole upstairs apartment. There is lots of street parking nearby, most of the time the front of the house is available.

Other things to note:
A personal code will be messaged to guests after booking but prior to arrival. Many instructions and additional info becomes available after booking.
