Welcome to your dream getaway at Martinez Lake, just outside Yuma, Arizona! This stunning brand new 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers breathtaking views of the Colorado River and picturesque sunsets. Enjoy a spacious gourmet kitchen with brand new appliances and induction stove. No stay would be complete without a coffee bar! Ours is equipped with a Keurig and mini fridge, perfect for starting your day. With two laundry rooms and gorgeous finishes throughout, this home combines luxury and comfort. Two Queen sized air mattresses are available for additional sleeping. We just ask that the maximum number of guests is 14. There is also a BBQ located just outside the kitchen on the third level. Dock space at Martinez Marina included with home. Don't miss the chance to experience this incredible location—book your stay today!

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all trash is gathered from the home and garage and taken to the dumpsters within the Martinez Lake community.
Make sure lights are off and use the ultraloq button to lock the front door upon departure.
Leave all used towels in bathrooms. Strip used linens from beds and leave beds that have been slept in un-made.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The home is absolutely beautiful, tucked away in the Martinez Lake community. With Easy access to the river, this home is perfect for a weekend getaway to the river! All of the amenities were perfect and extremely thoughtful with chairs, paddleboard, extra towels, and additional bedding was provided, which was extremely helpful! The host was amazing with communication. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Home with Beautiful Views

This is a very new property. It is furnished very beautifully and the decor is perfect, very homey and welcoming. New TVs were in every bedroom and they are smart TVs so you can connect with streaming services.The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the bedding was very nice. The towels were new, full sized and high quality. There was very nice individual bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion!!! So nice!The kitchen had absolutely everything a guest could need. It is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, cookie sheets, eating and cooking utensils, measuring cups, and much more! Even a nice blender. Barbecue was clean and easily accessible and had barbecue utensils. This was the most well-stocked kitchen that I have seen at a VRBO!!This was also the cleanest VRBO I have every stayed in. Absolutely spotless! The views were so beautiful! Both the front and the back of the the home has views. Great location. Very close to the marina. The garage was huge and very clean. If we didn't have a wake tower it would have fit in the garage attached to our truck.Finally - Marsha! She is the owner and so responsive and very helpful. She provided great suggestions for our stay and checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. This is a top-notch VRBO. If I could give more stars I would. We will definitely be staying at Tule Sunsets again!

From fishing and boating to water sports in the spring and summer to off roading desert fun in the spring, fall, and winter. It’s an enjoyable, relaxing and fun place.
