Welcome to T-Paul’s Waterfront Camp, perfectly located just before the Grand Isle Bridge with easy boat access to the marinas, bays, and the Gulf. This spot is a favorite for families and fishermen alike, offering convenient access to nearby marshes, rock jetties, and the fishing bridge.
From the front porch, enjoy beautiful bay views and stunning sunrises from the bar-height table and chairs — the perfect way to start your day on the island. Easy access to bays and open water, and plenty of parking for boats and trailers, T-Paul’s Waterfront Camp is the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. Whether you’re fishing, paddling, or simply watching the sunrise over the bay, this property offers the ultimate Grand Isle experience.

50 feet of waterfront dock available for boat parking (no pier)
Water depth varies greatly depends on wind and season — approximately 3–4 ft at high tide and 2–3 ft at low tide
Water faucet and hose conveniently located on the dock
Electrical outlet and water connection nearby for guest use
Crabbing: Crabs can be caught in the canal across the street (please avoid placing traps in the main canal due to boat traffic)
Fishing: Best catches are typically found along the rocks near the bay
Boat Launching:

Small bay boats can be launched two doors down at a private launch
Larger boats can use the Bridge Side Marina double back-down launch, located nearby

The owner’s 26' boat is docked onsite — ease of entry and exit may vary depending on tides
