Welcome to your own private oasis! Escape & relax in this spacious and tranquil retreat with central AC & heat & lightning-fast WiFi. Every detail to provide you with the ultimate vacation experience. The fully equipped kitchen features a professional 36" gas range with convection & griddle, as well as a Miele countertop gas grill. Unwind in sparkling pool (Pool can be heated for extra fee), complete with a gas grill. You'll love spending your evenings watching the stars.
No smoking, vaping, or hookah indoors at any time.
Fines for violating these rules are as follows:
$1000.00 for smoking inside the home
$1500.00 for drug violations
Pet cleaning fee of $75 per pet/per stay
Additional charges if incurred damages
Pool/Spa Heated @ $95/day if so requested by guest. Please request as early as possible.
Please park all vehicles in driveway. Driveway can accommodate 10-12 vehicles
Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. No loud music, amplified or speakers.
Late check out fee unless prior approval: $100 per half hour
