This is a fabulous place to spend your family vacation. Absolutely loved the space and having plenty of it!! The pool was delightfully cool even in this 100 degree weather. Everything is just as the listing states and the hosts are extremely sweet and responsive to everything ! Highly recommend this property. In addition, it’s close to everything and very private!!

This is a wonderful property, one we will rent again. It is generously appointed. Every piece of furniture is comfortable and clean. It gives a large group many private quarters. There are games and plenty to do. The pool is beautiful, clean and refreshing. The hosts are attentive. The location is excellent, right across from Beaver's Bend Marina and minutes from all the fun in Hochatown.

The Midnight Rodeo is absolutely beautiful, clean and very accommodating. There was so much room for everybody to spread out and not be on top of each other. The swimming pool provided many hours of entertainment and the midnight swim under the stars was the best! There were several pool and corn hole gamesPlayed this weekend. The kitchen was spacious and provided every utensil we needed. The host provided all the information we neededFor a simple arrival and departure. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely book another stay at this location. Thank you for having us!

over all very good experience this is more like 4 bedroom the fifth bed is more of little kids its not for adults and the stairs are very unsafe for a adult to cliam so its a pure 4 bedroom house we could not use the 5th bedroom as it was not for adults

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad to hear you had an overall good experience. I’m a bit surprised by your comments regarding the bedrooms. Our listing has always been clearly described as a 4-bedroom property, with additional beds in the loft/game area designed for kids or extra sleeping space. We strive to provide accurate details to ensure our guests know exactly what to expect. It’s disappointing to see this misunderstanding reflected in your review, as we work hard to make every stay enjoyable and transparent. We truly value your visit and appreciate you choosing to stay with us.

Our stay at the Midnight Cowboy was perfect for our family. A big plus was its 3 separate units with 1 bedroom in the main house. It was perfect for our adult kids and spouses. We had the pool heated for our November visit and it was perfect as well as the hot tub. There entire visit was great!
