We had trouble in all 4 of the showers getting the water temperature to regulate. In the southeast bedroom, the windows do not latch closed. The wind made a lot of noise blowing through gap. I was very pleasantly surprised at the privacy that we had with the condo on the first floor!

Loved the spacious floor plan, doesnt feel like you're crunched up. Loved the easy acess to pool and beach, no elevator hassle. Would definitely stay this property again. Friendly host agent, thanks to Joseph for quick communication on assisting our needs.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were booked for four days due to a wedding. We were kicked out on the Thursday of the wedding due to the approaching hurricane. We had nowhere to go to get ready for the wedding and had all the deck furniture in the living room. We were offered no refund nor another option to stay for the rest of the time. We went to the wedding and then started driving north. The unit was in a beautiful spot but had a definite unpleasant odor. Also no hair dryer for four bathrooms and four women. I know the hurricane was not their fault but we had no idea what we were doing and no guidance.

The perfect location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is on the same level as the pool, hot tub, and beach access, so you can walk right out for all the reasons you come to Navarre. We visited during just outside of summer season, so parking convenient and there was easy access to everything. Navarre is a wonderful place and the beaches are as white as the all the pictures.
