Welcome to Blue Heaven, a luxurious 3-level, 3-bedroom, 3½-bathroom cabin nestled in the stunning Thunder Mountain Resort. Perfect for families or groups of up to 8, this brand-new luxury build has everything you could dream of for an unforgettable Smoky Mountain escape.

Main Level – Relax and Gather
Step into the inviting open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for family bonding. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals plus the property is equipped with reverse osmose fresh drinking water. The kids will love gathering at the kitchen island for breakfast, while the dining table comfortably seats 8 for shared meals. The cozy living room, furnished for ultimate relaxation, features a large flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere for movie nights or quiet evenings in. Walk out onto the main-level deck to enjoy the serene mountain surroundings. Just off the living area, you’ll find the main-level King Master Suite with an ensuite bathroom and flat-screen TV. A convenient half-bath is also located in the hall.

Top Floor – Kids' Paradise
Upstairs is a haven for kids and kids-at-heart! The cozy bunk room features two built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds and a large TV. Pass the hall bathroom and step into the game room – a space so fun, the kids won’t want to leave! Enjoy endless entertainment with a convertible pool table (that also transforms into ping pong), skee ball, mini putt-putt, and a 70-inch flat-screen TV. There’s even a comfy couch for board games or a relaxing break from all the excitement.

Place any dirty towels in one of the bathrooms, no need to strip beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are real pickleball players, thus the attraction to this cabin. It was not a real pickleball court in terms of size and since it did not have any fencing around it, we had to climb down and up to get balls. Also, pool alarm went off while in the pool multiple times, scaring us half to death. There was NO Instructions re: this alarm in the pool anywhere. I did notify the property managers and they gave a generic response and told me that it was in the binder. It was not. The property itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient. However, hot tub took almost 24 hrs to warm up and one window upstairs was shattered and taped. I would suggest that the dimensions for pickleball court be listed in the event people like us are looking to play on a regular court.

Regarding the hot tub, we do want to clarify that for sanitary reasons, the hot tub is fully drained, cleaned, and refilled after each guest stay. Because of this, it can take several hours—sometimes up to a full day—to reach optimal temperature, especially during colder weather. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll look into ways to better communicate this in our arrival instructions. We're also addressing the broken window, pool alarm instructions, and the issues you raised about the theater seating cords. Your input helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again with a smoother and more enjoyable experience.
