Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 303 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious top floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 303 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 303 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 2 covered spots underneath. Limit two parking passes at check-in.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Friday Arrival and Departure 7-night minimum stay Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

We had a nice stay. Condo unit and common areas of the property are well maintained. Perfect location and the condo even had beach chairs. The rental company was friendly and easy to deal with. Only negative was the pool heat wasn’t working so the water was very cold.

We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful! Only drawback was that we had to check in late due to flight change and pick up keys at a different condo location. Would 100% stay there again. Location can't be beat. Beautiful view!

Beach Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here! We had a rough start to our vacation with our flights, and was needing to check in late, so the management accommodated us without any hesitation! The place was very nice and had everything we needed to stay there. Very good location, right on the beach with just steps until your toes are in the sand! The condo was very clean upon arrival, and we were very satisfied with our stay at the Hamilton House in Indian Rocks Beach!

Perfect beach vacation

Perfect place right on beach! Beach not crowded. Several restaurants and Ice cream with in walking distance. Covered parking spot was nice. Grounds well kept! Check in was a breeze. Lady was super helpful! It absolutely was the perfect place to stay! We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing Vacation spot
