Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 302 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 3rd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 302 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 Double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 302 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in an open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke -Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

Family Fun

We loved the property and the location on Gulf Blvd. Everything was very clean and the pool and beach were easily accessible. Short drive to either John’s Pass or Clearwater. Loved it and will bring our family back again.

Perfect relaxation

My husband, my mother, and I spent a week in your beautiful condo. It was so quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool in the early afternoons and then late afternoons and sunsets from the porch. Great location with many restaurants nearby.
