Great Value - Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 403 is a SILVER quality vacation rental at the BRONZE Tier rate! This three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental is located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 403 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a king in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities. The main bath offers a comfort height toilet and a walk-in shower. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. 403 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 403 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Great condo for family with kids!

The condo was very clean and provided plenty of room for our family. Staff is very friendly. This was our first time staying at Sand Dollar, but most residents we talked to have been visiting there for years! The room also had beach towels and beach chairs which is a plus!

The view WoW! If you want peaceful, laid back beach days this is the place for you! No huge crowds on the beach! The property manager and everyone we came in contact with that worked there was very pleasant and they took good care of us! We will definitely be back

This place was awesome! We had an amazing trip and this condo definitely had everything we needed to get us through it. Great view and amazing pool and jacuzzi. Easy access to the beach and private pier. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed! I highly recommend!

Just perfect!

The condo was great and so much room. Stayed with my parents, husband and our daughters who are 1 and 4. The beach is incredible, the pool is perfect and such great access to pop up to the room if needed. We will be back for sure!

Great view, beach service available

The full beach view is great and beach service is available for chairs and umbrellas for an additional fee, which is a plus. Great location and easy access to get to Johns Pass, or to go into Seminole or Largo. The kitchen was not as well stocked for cooking as some of the others we’ve stayed in but we managed. Overall very enjoyable.

Great vacation. Having a trolly stop out front was big help. No need to rent a car. Pool and Hot tub were a BIG hit. Sunsets were stunning Already booked for 2023. Nice quiet beach. Thanks San Dollar. We made memories!!!!
