Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The person who makes the reservation is the one who must occupy the accommodation with his or her companion. We love pets, but we cannot accept them.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property as the smell is very difficult to remove. An additional charge of $250 will apply for deep cleaning.
The loss of the keys will incur a charge equal to the cost of installing new locks. If the beeper is lost, a replacement fee will also apply. NO PETS

Superhost Mayra ensures a pleasant experience at her accommodation, consistently going above and beyond to achieve this. She is also a considerate host, offering amenities to enhance your comfort during your stay. From providing an excellent mattress for relaxation to a fully equipped kitchen, I would gladly choose to stay there again. Mayra's meticulous attention to detail surpasses that of a five-star hotel. My wife and I are planning a trip for next year, and I consider Mayra's place to be an extension of our own home. We eagerly anticipate returning to enjoy the sunshine and the warm welcoming feeling from our SuperHost Mayra.
