This property is simply amazing. It is newly remodeled!!!
Amazing comfort and welcoming surroundings in this great beachfront condo. Private balcony overlooks the sand and water PLUS you have a private terrace with direct access to the beach. Fully-equipped condo that requires you only drop off your bags and get out and have fun. Private, gated, intimate complex of only 20 units. The famous Mar Chiquita Beach is a few minute walk down the beach. Be sure you watch our video for a birds-eye view!

We highly recommend travel insurance during hurricane season.

Good find…a little peace of heaven.

On our quick weekend visit from Orlando, FL to visit family, it was a nice option vs staying in a hotel. It was very spacious and relaxing.

Wonderful condo for family!

The condo was clean and beautiful the staff and the property manager Lilly were wonderful and helpful! Beautiful and relaxing views. There are restaurants nearby favorite one was Costa azul. Walmart is also 15 minutes away.

Escape to northern Puerto Rico

Nice and clean apartment with nice amenities just steps away from beautiful Mar Chiquita beach. We wished it had washer and dryer availability.

Great Location

Very well located and convenient. The home is well maintained and the owner, Scott, very responsive. Lilly who maintains the home was a great person to meet, only a phone call away - she was absolutely great! The home is good value and we definitely enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!!!

A piece of paradise

From our meeting with Lili until our departure we felt at home, but with a better view. The apartment was spotless, the view lovely, and the area quiet. A one minute walk to the beach, five minutes more to mar Chiquita.

Very comfortable place to stay in an amazing location

We loved staying in this condo. It was a great place for kids (we have three) and they just loved it too. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioners quiet, the kitchen well stocked for cooking. Most of all the view was amazing! We spent lovely hours tidepooling right in front of the complex and very much enjoyed swimming at the adjacent Mar Chiquita Beach. There was even an interesting cave right by the entrance.

Breathtaking location beautiful amenities

The sound of the ocean takes you in and you will not want to go home. Scott is extremely easy to communicate with and responded immediately to all of my questions and booking requests. My family and I cannot wait to return! Thank you!!

A little slice of paridise

If you are looking for quiet, this is it. Beautiful beach, off the beaten path. Spent three days with our toes in the sand, book in hand and almost always alone. The place was clean, well appointed (blender and ice), and had a view from the balcony that people long for.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We live in San Juan and wanted a quiet weekend getaway on the beach and this was perfect! The host was very responsive, as was Valerie who helped us check-in and out. The location is fantastic and the apartment is very well maintained. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony listening to and watching the waves. The apartment is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen, and pretty much everything you need and more. We were very impressed and will return in the future!

Love it!!!

We loved the simplicity, size and aesthetics of the condo. Perfect for an easy going and laid back family vacation. It was great enjoying a dinner with baguette, cheese and wine and the kids just splashed along in the pool while the sun is setting. The open living is wonderful. This is exactly what we were looking for spending time in a warm climate. We are very happy that we traded our "to go" Puerto Rico hotel to "Mar Chiquita Condo". No regrets. We would love to be back. Thanks, also from our two little daughters who absolutely loved the coqui frogs and the green iguana in the tree!

Great view!!!

You can’t beat the view!! It’s gorgeous! I would recommend a deep cleaning. The storage room by kitchen was terrible. You could throw everything in it away. There was a definite smell mild dew maybe. Some lights n fans didn’t work.. Out door patio also needs cleaning and updating. Where’s the BBQ … you need one. Could have great potential with some cleaning n TLC!!

Beautiful apartment with espectacular view of the Ocean

First of all I have to say it was really easy to find our way to seaside apts. We did not get lost. Once we got there we stepped into beautifully designed apt. There is AC in the living room, a well equipped kitchen, nice balcony where we had our morning and where we sat down at dusk to drink our glass of wine. Beds and pillows are super comfortable, we were provided with plenty of bath towels. The apartment has a terrace in front of the beach with a BBQ, beach chairs, an umbrella. We spent most of our time between the apt. balcony and the front beach terrace, super relaxing space. The condo has a super friendly security guard and also a small but nice pool with bathroom. Be prepared to bring your sunblock because the sun in Manatí hits very hard.

Fabulous Birthday Weekend

Great place to stay, clean, tastefully decorated, modern and beachy, beds very comfortable, and well equipped kitchen. The ac's work well. Very peaceful place, mornings in the balcony with a cup of coffee on hand and the sounds of the birds and the ocean waves was an unbeatable experience. Lilly was very welcoming and explained everything to us. The swimming pool at the complex has a good size nice and was very clean. The ocean in front of the apartment is beautiful, but not suitable for swimming, you have Mar Chiquita beach close by, but I felt it was always too crowded. We preferred going by car to the natural reserve, which is located around 5 miles away, where there are 6 beaches to choose. We went to La Esperanza beach, which is one of our favorite ones. Scott, one of the owners, was very responsive and gave clear instructions. Definitely great value for your money.

Simply Beautiful, Perfection

Stood for a week with our 2 boys. This condo was everything we needed a much much more. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, having breakfast and lunch there with that setting made for great memories. The sounds of the waves, the coqui at night, the Caribbean breeze and scent will stay with us. Our own private entrance to the beach n quick walk along the coast to Mar Chiquita Beach is a walk we would do everyday if given the the choice. The owners were very quick to respond and ensured us they cared about our stay, the condo had everything we needed. Ac units in every room kept it cool and comfortable. 2 bathrooms made cleaning up for a night out or for bed, quick and comfortable. The Pool was great, actually had it all to ourselves the whole trip. Thank you for an amazing trip and giving our family a Memorable family vacation. Will absolutely book again.

Great place with direct beach access

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio with the ocean view; it is shaded so very comfortable even on hot days.Lilly provided a lot of details before our arrival with detailed check-in instructions. She was always prompt responding to our questions.Overall, a great property and great location.
