Directly beachfront with private balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf. Florida color decor.. Spacious. This condo does not have recent updates as may be present in other condos. Living room and master bedroom share private Gulf front balcony directly overlooking the beach.. Flat panel, color, cable televisions in living room, master bedroom and second bedroom. Condo has DVD/VCR player with many movie choices. Condo also has stereo with CD player, board games, cards, many books to choose from. Full kitchen with double oven and large fridge with ice maker.

Sleeping accommodations include a king and double bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom and one queen bed in the third bedroom. Free WiFi access. Telephone with free local calls. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer & Dryer.

No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals during peak seasons. Maximum occupancy 8. - Redington Pier is no longer present.

Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility and beaches were fantastic. We had asked the Maintenance Guy for assistance which helped us right away. Now we get to the 2 units we rented. The one on first floor was very well maintained, undated and had every thing you needed in kitchen to have an enjoyable visit. The one we rented on 4th floor was a disaster. So rundown, has been upgraded in years this were in disrepair. Almost every time you used bathroom had to use plunger. We had to buy plastic ware because there weren’t enough knives and forks. Borrowed pots and pans from other unit to cook. Camping at the worst.John C

Clean

Great view good beds. Toilet could use some tweaking .washer and dryer were great and pretty new. Pleasantly surprised. Stove could be releveled. Needs wine glasses and a better assortment of shorter glasses. Nice fry pan and pots and pans okay.

Amazing Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 enjoyed a wonderful week of togetherness. There was plenty of room for all of everyone.We have been visiting this beautiful location for many years. Our children are all adults now. And we are so grateful they were all able to join us this year. Brought back lots of wonderful memories, and gave us a chance to make many more amazing memories. God willing we will return next year.
