Come relax in our coastal waterfront paradise

This luxury 3rd floor corner unit is ideally located for directly on the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Furnished & professionally decorated with a Cape Cod flare. As soon as you walk through the door the stunning stone tile will take you down the path to see endless Gulf views and the most spectacular sunsets on the beach. The spacious open living, dining & kitchen floor plan is great for entertaining. The coastal cottage style kitchen with maple cabinets and granite counter tops will take your breath away. Fully equipped for those evenings you decide to cook in. The dining room table seats 6 with 4 bar stools along the kitchen peninsular. The living room area has a 55" flat screen feel free to stream your favorite shows, just log in with your own passcodes. The Tommy Bahamas decorated master suite features a king size Stearns & Foster pillow top mattress, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds both bedrooms have a 32" flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom. The laundry room has full size washer/dryer. You're just a few steps away from the beautiful white sand beach where we have our newly renovated one of kind "Beach Cave" located on the ground level for our guests ONLY right next to the beach access door leading to the beach and pool where you will find all the beach gear, refrigerator, towels and toys for the little ones you will need.

Hop on the Jolly Trolley and explore the beach. We have a stop right out front of the condo.


Please note - we rent Saturday to Saturday only during Spring and Summer High Seasons.

A little slice of Heaven

Couldn’t ask for a better place for my family. Kids ages 12,9,5. Fully stocked kitchen, beds were clean and comfy, floors were clean, bathrooms clean. Cleanliness was 1000/10. The beach cave was a life saver. Beach toys were a hit and not having to worry about packing beach towels! Will definitely stay here again if we decide to visit the area again.

Perfect week on the beach!

This condo and included beach cave were the perfect setting for our family (8&10 year old kiddos)! There wasn't a single thing we could have asked to be improved upon - the location is amazing and very calm and quiet. The beach is beautifully taken care of along with the condos, nothing seems to be overlooked and everything is very clean. We hope to visit again soon, and would choose this condo over any others in the area 100%!

Beach Condo Redington

Very nice condo. We loved it. Such a great location right on Redington Beach and not far from Clearwater and St Pete. Great hosts; very well equipped accommodations. Will be back.

Everything and more!

This was the perfect spot for our family! It was carefree and had everything we needed for a beach vacation. It had easy beach access, the pool was great, the condo was cleaned extremely well, and communication with Michelle was super easy!! I would recommend this spot to anyone and everyone!!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

Our family loved this beautifully decorated condo! The views were fantastic! We have rented a variety of vacation rentals and this was a true favorite. I really appreciate how well equipped it was, it really had everything you would need. The pictures accurately represent the condo and it is even more impressive in person.

Not sure what to expect on this trip, but were delighted with the area and the rental condo on the beach. Everything was fairly high end and it all worked. The owner answered questions that I had quickly and professionally.

Truly is paradise!

Absolutely beautiful place and location! It had everything we needed and more. A well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach/pool toys and the beds were so comfortable. The view was amazing and the proximity to the beach couldn't be beat. There was no rush to the pool or beach - there was always plenty of room. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely return - thanks Michelle for sharing your paradise with us!

Great post-holiday getaway at Sea Oats #308

The unit is incredible! Comfort reigns from the living room to the bedrooms. Well equipped and decorated wonderfully. The owner was forthcoming about renovations being done on the building but it didn't limit our ability to enjoy the property. The owners and office staff are very nice. Look forward to another visit.

We had a great time last week. The condo was very nicely updated and well equipped. Everything as described. We have been staying in the same building for years but never this condo. The beach cave was an awesome addition that you don’t get with other units. Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo with a spectacular view of the gulf.

This condo and view is advertised as Paradise. That is exactly what it is. We couldn't have asked for more. The view of the gulf is amazing. We saw dolphins and a group of stingrays while walking the beach. Most relaxing vacation ever. Very close to restaurants on the intercoastal water way.

Wonderful Vacation!!

Our family has vacationed in this area for 8 of the last 10 yrs and this was our first time staying here and it was amazing. The pictures do not do justice to the panoramic view you get from it being a side unit and just how much space there is. Both bedrooms are huge, especially the kids room which had more than enough space for a 10 yr old and 12 yr old. High speed internet was great, the rooms have smart TVs with all the apps and the place has all the amenities you would need. The beach cave and pool were great and the beach did not get super crowded in that area. Very close to all kinds of good restaurants and easy parking. We’ll def be looking to go back next summer!!

Fabulous beach condo

This condo far exceeded our expectations. It was VERY clean and inviting. The beach cave was a wonderful addition and much appreciated. The guys were able to fish daily and otherwise wouldn't have been able to. Michelle communicated well and was easy to be reached if needed. We will be coming back again in the future!!!

One of the best

We truly enjoyed this condo and the care that the owner obviously has for it. It is decorated extremely well, by far! We've travelled to this area of the Gulf for around 40 years now and love this area the best. The only negative is that the woman above us who seems to live there is a very loud walker and a FAST walker of all hours. We ended up turning our Sonos up or the TV at times. :) ~~ Gorgeous views of the Gul as well as sunsets! Well stocked kitchen. We're sure you'll be happy with this rental!

Elegant Beach Home Away From Home

Pictures don't do this property justice! Very airy floorplan, in the kitchen, dining and living area you feel as if you are on the beach, what an amazing view! Pool was clean and warm, beds comfortable, a selection of pillow types, two types of coffee pot, etc. etc. The beach cave cannot be described, GOALS for my own vacation rental garage! So clean, organized, well stocked and everything in working order. Location was great with several dining options in walking distance and innumerable with a 5 minute drive. Very quiet, safe and non commercial area, we took several day trips to Ft DeSoto, Tarpon Springs, St Petersburg and dinner in Clearwater with very easy driving (low intensity traffic and easy navigation). I would 100% return and hope to soon! Thank you Michelle for your hospitality!

Beautiful, comfortable, family friendly, everything you need!

We had an absolutely amazing vacation! This condo is perfect. It is super clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Beach chairs, sand toys, cooler, towels, fishing poles, you name it. The kitchen was wonderful and had many things you need already on hand. The weather was outstanding and both the beach and the pool were great and neither were crowded at all. We drove to Disney which was an easy trip there and back in one day. We also did the Pirate Cruise at John’s Pass one afternoon and it was charming and fun. There are a lot of restaurants and things to do in walking distance and we also used the trolley which was easy. Redington Shores is more low key than a larger area like Clearwater... just what we wanted. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. We will be back for sure! Thank you Michelle for everything.

Some like it hot!

The condo was very clean, beautiful decorated with amazing views! One important aspect was the temperature of the condo since it would become uncomfortably warm during the day. The thermostat is controlled by the nest/owners and defaults during the day to 78 degrees when the thermostat doesn’t sense motion. Then when you returned, the unit would come on but it would take awhile to cool off to 72 degrees. The temperature also increased at night while we slept, but thankfully not to 78 degrees! Note, 72 degrees is the lowest the owners would allow the temperature to fall and is somewhat warm for Florida in August in our opinion. The owners were contacted but did not budge from the 72 degree temperature when we asked if it could be dropped to at least 70 degrees. So if you like a cooler home, this place may not be the right choice.
