House Rules for Vacation Rental Properties
By booking a reservation, you agree to be bound by and responsible for compliance with our House Rules. As short-term rental hosts, we prioritize the well-being of our neighbors and strive to maintain a peaceful environment. We enforce our rules strictly to ensure a positive experience for all.

General Rules:

1. NO PARTIES: Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Excessive noise may result in authorities being called.
2. OCCUPANCY: The number of guests must not exceed the count specified in your reservation. No additional visitors are allowed on the property at any time.
3. NO SMOKING: Smoking, including vape pens and marijuana, is strictly prohibited on the premises and subject to a $750 fee per day of the reservation.
4. NO PETS: Pets are not allowed on the property.
5. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability only.
6. PARKING: Parking is allowed in the driveway and street. DO NOT park in front of neighboring houses
Respect the neighborhood and adjacent properties when parking your vehicle
7. PROPERTY ACCESS: This is a keyless property. Please refer to the check-in instructions provided.
8. AMENITIES: For properties with a hot tub, do not add water without contacting the owner first.
9. CLEANING: Checkout instructions will be messaged to you prior to departure and are also available in the welcome package. Please follow these guidelines.
10. PROPERTY AREAS: Guests have full access to the property, except for the locked storage cabinet.
Security and Liability
11. CAMERAS: 24/7 external security cameras monitor the front of the house and outdoor areas. Attempts to disable or obscure cameras are prohibited.
12. TRAVEL INFORMATION: Please provide the reason for your travel, your name, and the ages of accompanying guests when booking.
13. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Guests are responsible for the cost of any damaged items.
14. RULE VIOLATIONS: Violations may result in reservation cancellation, immediate removal without refund, and liability for any costs incurred.

Maintenance Schedule:

Trash pickup: Monday (cans will be moved on Sunday)
Lawn service: Thursday or Friday
Pool maintenance: Thursday

These services will not disturb guests as they use separate access.
