Absolute gem. House was very clean and very nice, the horses are beautiful and it is very peaceful. Host was great, Check in instructions were very easy. Will definitely stay again
This is perfect if you are planning toVisit Noccalula Falls! Very clean and welcoming. The host replies quickly to any questions you have. The horses are a bonus treat. They are super sweet and love carrots! Definitely recommend.
If you ask me, she doesn’t charge enough for this property! Kelly is absolutely amazing! The property is PERFECT! From the beautiful decor to the amazing trails, fresh blackberries, the cleanliness, the GORGEOUS horses, the baby goat and his mama, everything was just absolutely amazing!!!!! The little creek on the trail was perfect!!! We also ride motorcycles and the property was so centrally located that we were able to get a great mountain ride in every morning and never went to the same spot twice! Thank you so much for everything Kelly!!!!!! You have repeat business in our family!!!!
We came here for the spring lantern festival as a couple, it was a great spot for a peaceful night. The trails are 10 minutes away, which wasn’t a problem. Our bed was comfy. I loved the fact that there was a towel warmer, however the tub didn’t hold water so no soaking after a long hike. The coffee pot needs a deep cleaning. It was fine for just us, it would have been inconvenient if we had brought our kids.
Clean linens and bathrooms, great communication, beautiful scenery. The kids LOVED waking up to horses outside of their window. Just far away enough to feel isolated but close enough to town if you need anything.
Best place to stay if you want to have a relaxing weekend away from farm life responsibility and still want the serene tranquility of the ranch life. Location is equally convenient to mainstreet restaurants, grocery stores, and touristy spots. Host was the perfect amount of helpful. We definitely plan to stay here in the future!
Our stay here at the Ranchette was everything and more than expected. Such a beautiful setting. The house was warm and inviting. The host was great on communication. Definitely recommend staying here.
Spacious and comfortable. The kitchen could use a larger skillet. Property was difficult to find in the dark. My granddaughter had a wonderful time. I come to the area a couple times a year and would love to rent it again.

Disliked: Location
The property was fine but the road to get there needed graded as if we weren’t in an SUV it would have had a high likelihood of damaging a car. There was brown splatter on one of the toilet seats, a spider with full web in one of the bathroom ceiling corners, and previous bathroom trash in the master. The front step is centerblocks, my daughter tripped on and it’s not great. Yellowed pillows (bad). The property was fine but mostly seemed like everything was done very cheaply and it looks better in pictures vs things being of quality, for example the king bed is really two twins without the center part to property bridge it. I wouldn’t stay again but understand there are limited options in this area. Horses were cool but only accessible one day of the trip.
