My husband and I are teachers. We have spent years coaching various sports and enjoy watching our area teams play. We have two grown children and one who is still in school.
Why they chose this property
We were hoping this rental would be helpful to families who have children playing in tournaments at the Sand Mountain Park and Amphitheater (SMPA). We thought the full kitchen and washer/dryer would help families to save money and have a cool and quiet place to rest in between games. The rental is also close enough to Lake Guntersville for people to enjoy the lake- plus we have room for at least two trucks with boats to park at the property.
What makes this property unique
I believe the open concept living room/kitchen area will help groups to really enjoy their time. Plus the backyard with the table and chairs and the fire pit will be a relaxing way to spend your evenings!
