This place is a wonderful experience for families and large groups. Its like a resort except the only crowd is your family/friends. Kids lived outside around all the pools and waterfalls, play areas etc...There is something for all ages to enjoy. Owners were a pleasure to work with and were always timely and available for questions. Kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed great cookouts with all the outdoor options-gas grill, fire pit etc.. Would highly recommend this beautiful piece of property with its variety of wildlife including zebras that roam the property!

We couldn’t have asked for a better property to stay at! Along with all the amenities shown on the Vrbo page the beds were incredibly comfortable. We started each morning with coffee on the balcony and stunning views and ended each night in the amazing pool. We had people from age 7 to 70 that stayed with us and each person had nothing but great things to say about the property and can’t wait to have our next family event there. If you’re thinking about renting this property, do it! The host are super welcoming and the property itself will make you never want to leave!!

This was a fantastic weekend with 4 total families with lots of young kids. The house had everything we need and the outdoor setup was especially fun for the kids. Ron and Macy were great hosts and even took the kids around to see and feed some of the animals. The pictures are a great representation of the property. It is also an easy drive to College Station for Aggie games and there is no traffic on the roads to the game from this house. Though it was minimal impact to us during our stay, there are a lot of bugs/wasps etc outside as you are in the country. You get used to it quickly and we still spent most of the time outside. Highly Recommend this place especially to families. Thank you!
