Annual family vacay

This was a 4 generation vacay. It was perfect for us. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch facing the lake. We cooked in several nights. The only reason there is a 4 on cleanliness is because a previous tenant had left a tshirt on the fan on the porch and housekeeping missed it. Everything that was important was clean. I have already recommended this unit to friends.

I just want people to know if you book this townhouse you will not have your own dock to sit on and fish. It’s pretty deceiving how they make it look like you have your own Dock. The houses on each side of this one have their own and come with kayaks, but this property does not. It was disappointing because we booked this house solely on my son fishing and using the dock. The property manager even told me once I messaged him while we were out there that Docks are shared space but in talking with the neighbors that is not correct. We did enjoy the screened in porch, bikes and was close enough to the beach.

Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback and for noting what you enjoyed about the home. We’re sorry for the disappointment and confusion regarding the dock access and understand how important that was for your stay. Your comments about how the dock is presented and described are very helpful, and we will review and update our listing information to make sure it is accurate and clear. We’ll also follow up with the property manager to address the communication about shared dock space.

Great Location

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay here. It was clean upon arrival; however, later one of my sons found a rotten apple in one of the bunk beds overhead lamps. Gross, but can understand why that could've been missed by the cleaning service. The master bedroom had so much storage but there was no TV, which would've been nice to have. There are also a lack of lamps throughout the rental, other than the ones above the bunk beds. Overall, we were pleased with the place and the price paid.

Overall pretty good!

overall, the location of the house was great. It was right in the middle of both the beaches I personally like to go to, and it was across from one of my favorite places, the beachy bean. the house itself was very clean, and I thought the pictures of the rooms and joint spaces were accurate as advertised. the only thing I would’ve liked to see a picture of was the front of the property. I thought it was more of a standalone house, but it is actually kind of joint townhome apartment looking. The only issue we had with the property was that the Wi-Fi did not work at all. even with the password once we got it hooked up, there was absolutely like no service. there was also four bikes available to be used, but the code we received did not work so we were unable to use them. overall, the house and location were good and up to expectations; only a few little problems here and there. if the Wi-Fi worked, I would definitely recommend this property to others and I would maybe stay here again.
