The condo is beautiful and the check-in process was super easy. I contacted the "owner" of the condo via VRBO message to confirm I had a unit with a balcony. The respose was yes, the unit i reserved had a balcony. When i went to check in I was told they do not have a unit with a balcony and I wasnt really corresponding with the owner because the unit is owner by Beaver Creek Resort. That was disappointing. But, overall, the condo is in a great location in the Village and a very nice place to stay.
