OUR VISIT TO HOLLYWOOD!

Overall this property was GREAT!! Check-In details were provided ahead of time, parking is provided, the place was super clean and had everything we needed! It is an easy walk to many stores and great places to eat. And when we wanted to eat in, the kitchen had everything we needed. Would most certainly stay here again.

Fantastic

Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Great parking. Awesome for stay with my dog. Very clean and so great to have free laundry on premises. Also LOVED the garden. Bed is super comfy and the living room is lovely.

Close to Sunset Blvd

this unit was not bad for what I needed. I needed a place close to my jobsite and this worked. I would say they could do with getting a new mattress and fixing the blinds. If someone is walking down the stairs outside, you can see right into the unit and into the bedroom. Other then that, this place isnt bad. Minor upgrades would be great.

I purchased this property in 2007, to fill a gap in the accommodations that would allow guests coming to L.A. and Hollywood to feel at home and enjoy living like a local whilst visiting all the amazing attractions this city and especially this neightborhood-the best known in the world- has to offer.

This property with four 1 and 2 bedroom apartment units offered the perfect Hollywood location for the best known iconic destination in the world. Convenient, walkable and close to all the attractions, yet situated on a quiet hill just off Hollywood boulevard.

What makes this property unique

Each apartment is equipped with all the comforts of your home and benefits of a hotel, yet at a fraction of the price, and is professionally managed with a manager available throughout your stay to assist you. The keyless system, gives you flexibility to arrive anytime, so you have a peace of mind, and no stress or rush for a key exchange. If you don't feel like driving, you still can walk or use public transport to get to any place within the greater L,A. area. The metro station one block away gives you quick access to the west side, to downtown L.A. and Pasadena, as well as the beaches. You can wlak to all the main attractions, restaurants, bars, cafes and great live entertainment, including theatres, music venues, jazz clubs and countless festivals. Grocery stores and great shopping are all within a few blocks away. So you are always close to all the great sights yet tucked away in quiet street off of the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame.
