This home is perfect for your family vacation. Just 2 short blocks to the beach on a quiet street with traffic signal to cross the boulevard and also 2 short blocks to the bay beach with playground. Great location for the kids. This house boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, master bedroom with balcony and master bathroom with jetted tub. The home is well kept and very clean.
Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Laundry room, central house vacuum, downstairs includes one bedroom, one bathroom, open concept kitchen and family room with fireplace and 55" TV. Outside patio has a table and chairs with umbrella and gas grill, lounge chairs with umbrella, outside speakers for entertainment and an outside shower with dressing area.
This property is located in a prime location with easy access on and off of the island, walking distance to restaurants including the new restaurant Russo's with an awesome large fish tank that all kids love, Ship Bottom Shell Fish, The Bisque just to name a few. The home is also walking distance to the Port Hole and Joe Pop's for a fun night out.
Just a few block down central avenue you can rent a small boat for crabbing or fishing or maybe rent a jet ski.
Lets not forget the shopping!! Walking distance to Coastal Threads, SunSations, the hobby shop and so much more.
If you don't want to make breakfast you can walk down to bagel Eddies just a block and a half away.

Since we were children we have been going to LBI for our family vacations so when we got married we continued our tradition with our children until one day we decided to purchase our first home. That's when we purchased our little home in Ship Bottom NJ. It was a small 830 square foot house that we loved until Hurricane Sandy came along and did major damage to our house. We decided to add to the current home for our growing family and now it's a good family size to bring our parents down with our children and hopefully one day our grandchildren. This is a true family home that we hope you will enjoy as much as we do.
