Adorable home.Fantastic location, comfortable beds, pet friendly, screened in front porch plenty of towels and clean.A few pet stains on the carpet but other than that really clean.Did not give a 5 star review because I was under the impression the yard was fully fenced, it is not- and there are few if any amenities-So come prepared to bring anything you need: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry pods, salt, pepper etc.TV’s were difficult to navigate but we had our kids with us and they were eventually able to cast shows from their phones.

Absolutely the best place we’ve stayed in Destin! The property is so relaxing, a quiet little paradise with a short walk to the private beach. Our dog loved the big back yard and screened in front porch. Can’t wait to book again soon.

The home was nice. Had a lot of space in the living area and main bedroom. It was clean and had everything you could need. The one disappointment was the yard. Advertised as fenced in, but it was not completely fenced in so we had to be careful with the dogs outside.

Lovely home on a nice quiet street. Beach access was convenient and good location overall to shopping and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable and the home is in very good shape and clean, despite being a pet friendly property, which you don’t always see a lot on the rental programs. I found the property management company easy to work with as well. No complaints- no problems! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would rent this property again.

Overall, a great time was had. The location is awesome…there is a private entrance to a part of the beach that isn’t super crowded. The AC is cold, the shower water is hot, and the house is cute - not super up to date with fixtures and finishes- but it’s cute. Some things to know - if you are planning to cook, there are no spices, oil, not even salt and pepper so be prepared and bring everything you need to cook. Supplies to cook are adequate. There was also a shortage of detergent for the dishwasher and we only got 2 garbage bags for 5 days of stay. I texted and got more soap, but you might want to check that out as soon as you get there because it took them a day to get back to me. Again…great location, cute place for a small family on a budget. Just some things to know beforehand so you are prepared! Hope that’s helpful!
