We are surrounded by neighbors so we would greatly appreciate if you could keep the noise down past 11 pm with loud music or disturbances. No parties.
Turn off all lights and tv when leaving the house. No shoes inside the house. However, house slippers are fine.
No eating in the bedrooms. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere inside the house(Backyard is the only designated smoking area)

I was very shocked to pull up to this house and it looked nothing like the picture. The grass, shrubs, and trees was overgrown. You could see were people had been breaking off the twigs to pass by on the walk way. The outside has mold on it and needs a good pressure wash. When we got into the house it was 80 degrees and rising. Felt like they turned the air on minutes before we arrived. Needless to say it was almost 100 degrees outside. Come to find out the air was broken so a tech had to come out. The house felt and smelled like it had been closed up for a long time. The fridge wasn't cold, seemed like it had just been turned on also. There were roaches in the dishwasher. When you rent a Vrbo it is supposed to be a home away from home. The pots and pans were 20 years old and there were no bowls or baking sheets. I had to go buy my own just to make a breakfast casserole and a salad. They were supposed to have a pack n play there so I told my daughter she didn't need to bring one for her 2 month old baby. It wasn't there. The company renting the house called the cleaning people who brought one to us. This thing was brought already set up and in the back of his truck so it was full of sand that we had to clean when it arrived. Worst home I have every rented. This is not okay.
