Our home has been completely renovated with clean, well appointed details. Three Bedrooms and 2 full baths. Open concept living area with new kitchen, granite, stainless steel appliances, large kitchen island with quartz countertop, seating for 6. Sun filled, cozy living room with gas fireplace, built ins, TV. Master suite with full bathroom, double sinks. Two additional bedrooms, each with queen size beds. Main bath has a tub/shower and also houses the washer and dryer. Outdoor space offers a fenced in rear yard, bluestone patio with table & chairs & screened in porch. Perennial garden and Adirondack chairs for nice summer days or evenings. Our super location is minutes to everything that downtown Saratoga Springs has to offer. You can walk downtown to restaurants, movie theater, coffee shops, Beekman St Arts District. There is a rail trail 1 block from our house, run, walk, bike, ski, snowshoe to the Saratoga Spa state park , SPAC, NYC Ballet, concerts. Soo much to do close by. Only 55 minutes to Gore Mountain for downhill skiing or hiking in the Adirondacks. 8 blocks to Saratoga Race Track. We have off street parking for 4 cars.

My family and I loved our stay here. Palma was communicative and had good recommendations for things to do and see in town. The house was immaculate, nicely decorated, and spacious. Location was convenient to most everything; it is possible to walk downtown from here, and SPAC and the track are a very short (less than 5 min) drive away. The Tempur-pedic mattress in the master was especially appreciated. We look forward to staying again!

Great girls getaway weekend.

We stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, comfortable home. Walking distance to busy Broadway St offerings. Enjoyed sitting areas in living room and quiet & private screened in porch. Kitchen was fully equipped (space shared with residents, plenty of room set aside for us) Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. Would highly recommend this rental.

Convenient, quiet and homey!

We enjoyed a fun sisters weekend in Saratoga staying at this property. Nice and relaxing house layout with quaint porch and patio, convenient to walk to town. Kitchen well appointed with anything you needed. Central air worked great for a 94 degree day that we had. The only suggestion I would have is reducing the owners personal food and items that were present in refrigerator and bathroom. We would stay again!!

A Plus experience - book this place!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The house is charming, in an exceptional location, with a beautiful yard, a lovely screened in porch, gorgeous furnishings, a fully-equipped and well laid out kitchen, a very comfortable living room and three excellent bedrooms. It was just perfect for our visit to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. And Palma could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Book this gem for your stay and you will not be sorry.

Perfect weekend

Lovely home! Palma and Ron were gracious hosts (thanks so much for the basket of goodies!!) and the house is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed coffee on the beautiful screened-in porch and downtown is just a short walk away. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and spending time chatting with friends. There is a fenced in backyard, plenty of parking and the location is extremely convenient to a grocery store. We enjoyed our annual Dave Matthews weekend even more coming back to this wonderful home! We have lived in Saratoga Springs for 27 years and love this city and are thrilled that we can walk & ride our bikes around town to get to the state park, restaurants, movie theatre , YMCA, shopping, coffee shops & the racetrack. It is nice to not have to use your car. We love to travel and have stayed at homeaway/VRBO rentals. We love the concept of having the comforts of home with privacy when you are traveling.
