the house was not cleaned properly before we arrived the covers and sheets were filthy the walls had dirt spots on them their were nasty old towels on the floor and the rest room counter top

Floors were extremely dirty and dish washing machine was full of dirty items, clogged restroom sinks with dirty towels and the house smelled of cannabis. For one the check in process was bad couldn’t get into the house . When I finally got in I wanted to check out the hot tub turns out there is no hot tub which was false advertising. Then the ac was broken half the stay had to wait 3-4 hrs to get it fixed . Then I say around 3-4 a neighbor lied and said there was loud music playing and I was having a party and the host contacted me via messages and basically kicked me out the establishment. I had to “ clean “ every little mess I made but I paid for “ cleaning fee “ . I ended up being kicked out at 4am . The house was nice but false advertising and a very rude host . Thanks to Vrbo I got a full refund tho thanks Vrbo just a bad experience for my first experience with Vrbo .
