The house could use some exterior maintenance but the inside was very well maintained. The oven was tricky so allow for extra cooking time. Bring your own beach towel for the pool because they are not provided.

The house size and setup was perfect for our large family group. The pool was wonderful. There are though some maintenance issues that need to be addressed…unable to use shower in the master, light out in the pool, poison ivy climbing the front porch, too many ants. Overall we would probably stay here again if some of these issues were addressed. Good location.

Dietzel Annual Family Gathering

The property has a lot of space for large families who need multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was fairly clean, but not maintained 100%. Ants in the pool house, broken basketball hoop, poor craftsman ship on parts of the house. (Shower curtain rods, towel racks etc).One of the air conditioning units was broken upon arrival and they tried to repair, but could not get in the parts. The company did right by offering us a partial refund and brought us fans. It did get very warm.We really enjoyed the outdoor living area, pool, hot tubs, and fire pit seating. The water was a little murky the first day. We spent most of our time outside. House location is good. Ample parking. Saw black bears in our area daily. Keep your doors locked. Custom kitchen is very nice. Very poorly stocked for the price and type of property. No cooking knives, crockpot, and very little pot and pan selection. Made cooking a challenge in addition to the heat and cooling issue.

Brandy, we are so sorry about the HVAC issue during your stay. We did everything we could to make you more comfortable. The ants and other issues you didn't mention until you had checked out. Had you let us know of any other issues, we would have certainly acted swiftly to fix them. Again so sorry about the AC, getting parts takes a few days some times.
