This is a corner unit with sweeping views of both downtown Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the third bedroom has two double beds. All three rooms have private bathrooms and there is a small, fourth bathroom in the maid's quarters behind the kitchen. The unit has AC, WiFi, a washer and dryer, a private hot tub on the balcony, and a flat screen TV with Satellite stations. Linens are provided along with beach/pool towels.
The Grand Venetian is a brand new high-end condo complex that has 5 shared pools, a fitness center, a business center, 12-person movie theater, a game room with a pool table, and a spa is coming as well. The complex is located walking distance to everything you would need. Starbucks, restaurants, movie theater's, Grocery stores, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club and Costco. The Grand Venetian is a 5 minute cab ride to downtown and the airport.
