Lisa was terrific with her communications before and during our stay. Wonderful and comfortable home. Slept like a baby on the comfortable bed. Plenty of space for us to enjoy the home while we were there. Lisa and Jason had stocked everything we needed. Bought a few groceries and we cooked a couple meals at the house. Internet was strong and easy to connect to and use. We will definitely be in touch the next time we are in town visiting family in Rogers.

The house is about 20 years old but has been revived with an astonishing remodel. When you enter, it appears you are in a brand new home very well appointed and decorated. Very comfortable and perfectly met our needs. Great neighborhood and location.

This house was everything we needed and more. House is exactly as described. We were able to have a cookout and play mega jenga, ping pong and other games in the garage. Lisa was very responsive with questions prior to arrival. So many little extras at this place.

This is an amazing house. Things important to us about the house :Extremely clean. Kitchen stocked great. We hosted guest and had everything we need. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Lots of open space in living area with comfortable seating. Parking space was great for four cars.

Why they chose this property

This property is in a secluded, family friendly neighborhood that is close to everything. There are sidewalks for long bike rides or walking. I can ride my bike just a few blocks and be on the Blossom Way Trail or at Rogers High School. I love the backyard area for lounging and how quiet it is for relaxing.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because of it's location and what it has to offer. You cannot beat the location or the floorplan. Having the master bedroom and office on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms on the other allows for privacy which is great if multiple family are staying or if you have kids. The ping pong table, board games, and big screen TV in the garage provide an extra space for kids to hang out while adults gather on the back patio or in the house enjoying a game of cards. The 3-car garage is a great space to store your bikes, motorcycles, or vehicle as the ping pong table can fold and rolled aside. There is also an additional side by side refrigerator in the garage for extra food/beverage storage.
