Grand Riviera RV Resort offers spacious RV sites, modern amenities, and a convenient location to all of the surrounding Gulf Coast has to offer. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, we have everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Added Conveniences

The rental rate includes the RV site, the pedestal with water/sewer, electric, cable and internet hookups, and access to all the resort amenities.

Amenities Include: Three swimming pools (1 heated)  and laundry house.

Park Amenities Include: Welcome / Rental Office *Clubhouse * Specious Covered Pavilion * 3 Bathhouses * 2 Laundry Facility *3 Swimming Pools * Playground * Soccer field * 3 Pickleball Courts * Dog Park * Daily Boat Parking * High Speed WiFi

Requirements/Restrictions

Limit of two (2) pets per RV. Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Dogs, Wolf and Wolf hybrids, Mastiff and German Shepherd are prohibited in the resort. Dogs/Cats Must be kept on leash at ALL times.

RV must be at least 22 ft in length and 15 years or newer.

Concrete pad is 18ft wide and 70ft long.

The common facilities (pools, play areas, bath house, etc) were all very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is still a relatively new resort, so there are a couple of minor kinks to work out (like numbering the lots), but it is a nice place to stay that is close to dining and shopping, and it is not too far from the beach if you wanted to spend the day there.

Excellent Choice!

We enjoyed our stay at the resort! The kids spent a lot of time in the pool, and it was less than a mile from Lambert's Cafe (Home of the "Throwed Rolls) which is always a fun place to eat! It looks like this area is getting even more dining locations that should be opening soon - I can't wait to go back and try them! It is a very clean, well kept facility, and communication with the owner was easy. Highly recommend!
