About this property

Casa di Magna Apartments is located in a quiet residential area in our 'dushi' Willemstad. The complex consists of three apartments.
The apartment is located in the vicinity of a Kite spot, the Ostrichfarm, Chichi Garden, the Aloe Vera Farm Curacao, Caracasbaai and Zanzibar Curacao.
Due to its location in relation to popular recreational activities, it is quite centrally located. You do need your own transportation.
Forget your worries and truly unwind in this serene space!
The space
This apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by a spiral staircase. You have 105m2 of space available and also a private balcony overlooking the table mountain. It is very suitable for families, large group of people, expats but also guests who would like to have enough space for during their stay.

It has three bedrooms each with a double bed, a (fully excavated) kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with washing mashine.

The living room and the master bedroom include a TV.

It is an apartment with a view of the surrounding area.
Guest access
You have a private entrance and the entire apartment is at your disposal. The balcony on the floor is only available for you.

Don't forget to top up the electricity. Make sure the balance is the same as upon arrival (+/- $2.78 per 8 kWh (Kilowatt hour)). Instructions for topping up can be found in our information folder.

The remote of the gate must be left on the TV table. Leave the kitchen neat and tidy.

GREAT Place to stay

The apartment was VERY nice, modern, and clean. They only had a sheet for each bed, some extra would have been nice. The instructions were NOT clear that power is prepaid by the renter, so be aware of that. You have to fill up a meter at any gas station....kind of strange to me. They need a sign by the meter in the kitchen explaining this more clearly. It is just a little paragraph way down in the welcome papers and easily missed. Our power went off at 2 in the morning!!! It's simple to refill, but we were not aware of this....obviously. Overall a nice place, a little difficult to find, but it's a quiet area with some nice mountain views and views of the big windmills!! We saw two different types of parrots!!
