Beach-front! Featured on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt "Fleeing to Freeport".

Pet free, Allergen free home, located 100 yards from the swimming beach and at the end of a cul-de-sac. This 3 BDR/ 2 BATH newly renovated home offers a fully stocked kitchen, with washer & dryer in house.

You will not find a better stocked home around. Because we rented quite a bit before buying this place, we took note of what is needed and appreciated. We used to take loads of supplies - or bought them upon arrival. Here you will have plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, small zip bags, dish soap (hand and auto), cleaning supplies, etc. Not to mention sugar, condiments, and spices galore. We have a pancake griddle, blender/food processor, slow-cooker, plenty of pots & pans, and all kinds of kitchen gadgets. We provide all linens, including bath & beach towels. Beach chairs are also available, along with beach toys:). What a deal! All you have to bring is your food, drinks, personal items and toiletries. And if you happen to forget something, we have the sample size hotel toiletries, and some 'emergency items' under the counter!

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the deck while watching the dolphins, pelicans, and waves. Stay outside on the deck in the evening for some amazing stargazing - far away from the bright lights of Galveston and Surfside. The large 60" TV with Netflix and a DVD player in living room offers the perfect gathering point to watch movies with the family. The home also has high-speed internet and BDR #2 has a 40" TV. Newly updated with 2 bathrooms.

For those wanting to work remotely while gazing at the ocean, we have an extra 20” monitor HDMI cable & extension cord for you to use with your laptop. We even have a simple office chair which is a tad more comfortable than the dinning chairs:)

The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every rental. ALL linens and bed covers used during a guest stay are freshly laundered. In consideration of those who have allergies, we use mostly natural, disinfectant cleaning products that are eco-friendly and low scented.

We are available 24/7 for any issues you may encounter. You're going to have a great time!

Treasure Island: Treasure Island at San Luis Pass is a quiet, family oriented hamlet with 20 miles of beach that reaches all the way to Surfside. The community is located at the base of the San Luis pass Bridge. Treasure Island is perfect for those who want to get away from the crowds, spend their days at the beach, and their evenings reconnecting with family and friends while sitting on the deck. Across the road is San Luis Pass County Park. It offers a public boat launch into Christmas Bay, the perfect place for kayaking and sailing. The park also includes fishing areas and fish cleaning stations. A pavilion for family or group gatherings is available for rent.

Perfect beach house

We rented this house for our annual girls weekend and it was THE perfect house. Clean, stocked, amazing ocean view and a very very short walk to the beach. The owners were in contact when needed and it had the perfect amount of space 3 Will book again next summer :)

Great family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a real homey feel to it. The large deck has a great view of the ocean and beach access is just steps away. The property is very well stocked and it's really nice not to have to bring beach towels, beach chairs etc. or even paper towels or toilet paper. We may definitely book this property again.

We had a great stay! The house is a very short walk to the beach and located half way between Galveston and Lake Jackson. They had all the towels and beach gear we could want. Communication with the host was very easy and they were great to work with.

Few Days in Treasure Island

Great to get away for a few days to relax by the ocean. Home was comfy view from the deck was spectacular. If you’re looking for quiet and tranquility this home fits to a tee. Not much to do without driving a ways away….bit that’s okay.

Great little house!

The property is well kept. Located literally a stones throw from the beach (and the water depending on the tide)! Management was easy to speak with and even updated us on the tropical storm conditions for several days prior to our arrival. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and were comfortable the whole time. We would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

Tuca is from Brazi, and grew up within walking distance of the beach. When I retired, we decided it was finally time to buy ourselves a retreat. We wanted a place with a great view of the beach and gulf. I had lived on a sailboat at one time, so I love to listen to the sound of the waves hitting the shore. Pelican's Perch gives a short walk to the beach without having to cross a highway. We also like the quietness of the neighborhood and beach. It is a little secluded, but if you miss the business of the city or want entertainment Galveston and Lake Jackson are less than 25 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

By far, the million-Dollar view from the front deck!! Plus, it is a simple, beautiful and always very clean house.
