Dear Nika I acknowledge receipt of for your review. The location of the property is very well indicated and described in all sites where the property is advertised. In addition the photos themselves indicate clearly the location of the Villa and the distance from the nearest village, which is 5 minutes away. Actually what y3ou buy is complete and unique privcy in a small hotel with outstanding facilities, which you can only find in 5 star hotels, BUT NOT FOR PRIVATE EXCLUSIVE USE as in the case of Hestia Villa. It has to be emphasized that this property cannot be enjoyed properly or in full, without the employment of a Maid and a Chef advisably on a daily basis. It is obvious, in your case, that you did neither, and on top of having to take care of three kids you had to take care of the other guests by cooking cleaning etc. At this point I have to agree with you that you wouldn't possibly have the best vacation of your life without the above described services. Regarding the temperature of the pool you must know that this varies between 26-30 degrees C depending on the hour of the day you are using it. Furthermore you were advised that you had the choice to warm up either the inside or the outside pool and you declined to do so according to the manager, Grigoris. Regarding your allegation that you have been charged extra regarding the two adults that came seven days later, this was done, as you admit yourself, according to the Home Away policy and the separate agreement we have signed. You forget to mention that we gave you a discount of 45% on the amount you were supposed to pay, therefore you paid only 400 euro instead of 700 euro which is very unusual for this type of villa. Finally, I have to make a few remarks regarding the damages done in the property and the cleaningless level that we received the house on september the 8th upon our arrival. Specifically 1. we found a broken umbrella base (cost 70 euro) 2. A broken roman curtain at the ground level bedroom (cost 100 euro). 3. Broken, a 25 years old collectors Disneyland plate (!!!) although was on the wall of the bedroom and you shouldn't touch it (cost priceless memorabilia) 4. Unacceptable cleaningless level, garbages all around the outside area of the villa because you left the garbage bags thrown outside, huge bags of garbages inside the house (kitchen) with hundrers of ants as a consequence. Cutlery and plates all over the outside area, but worst of all, all toilette bowls completely black ... We had to spend in excess of 300 euros to clean and disinfect the house... Our gesture not to claim neither of the above amounts from your security deposit answers your remark about the ownership's "money orientation" There are fullset of photos to support our claims...
