Gather with your group in this peaceful retreat that sleeps up to 28 people with 6 bedrooms and spectacular mountain views!! This is a rare find as it has 3 separate apartment areas so each group or family can have their own completely private space, complete with hang out area, sofa, smart TV, and bathroom, and 2 with private kitchens. You can also all gather, cook, and dine together when desired with everyone in the shared living area.
16 minutes from the Manti Temple, this is the perfect location to stay for your wedding, The rodeo, reunion, rat fink, softball tournament, youth retreat, close to Mt pleasant, Ephraim and more.
The group area has a gathering space with 72" TV, a dining area that features a transformer table that seats at least 12 people, a large pantry with shelving for groceries, and a large fridge. With 2 sets of brand new washer/dryers its ideal for your next family reunion or group retreat. All together, its a nearly 3,000sq ft walk-out basement, built exactly for this group stay purpose!!
This space allows everyone to get needed downtime and relaxation, while enjoying spending time with everyone in the common areas. The modern concrete floors have radiant heat which is luxurious and cozy and the masonry stove fireplace, if desired, can be used to make the space even more warm and cozy in the winter. The dining area and fireplace area can be arranged for floor space for reunion activities, morning yoga, or presentations ect.
Enjoy access the spacious shaded back patio giving your group a wonderful area to gather and share an evening meal, bask in the morning fresh air, do some morning stretching or yoga, or just sit and enjoy the view.
This is a newly constructed home and with the quiet private road, spectacular view, rustically beautiful landscaped boulders and peaceful country acreage, it feels like heaven on earth. Being in the country, naturally we have chickens and barn cats and deer like to visit as well. We are finishing the outer acre fire pit seating, swing set area and other amenities will be added also as time goes by.

Stretch out in nature! There is a private secluded one acre recreational area in the back of the property nestled in the juniper trees, complete with rustic scaped fire pit seating area to enjoy into the evening. It has a 360 degree mountain view including Mt Nebo, Horseshoe Mountain and valley below. You may also bring your own camp chairs and lawn games/ shade tents.
Take a walk down our private road or sit on our boulders and enjoy the sunrise or the quiet majestical sunsets.
Bring your own sleds for the Toboggan hill, sure to entertain kids and adults alike before coming inside to warm up by the masonry brick fireplace.

We now have a soft serve ice cream machine available as an add on! What group wouldn't enjoy an easy but special ice cream night or two during your stay! Ask about our firewood bundles, s'mores kits, and ice cream mixes as add on features along with extra folding chairs.

The upper level of this home is reserved for the owners family residing there. You will have a completely separate entrance, driveway, parking and play area with no needed interaction. In May-Sept, upon booking and a 10 day notice, in most cases, owners can Vacate the property during your stay for a additional charge (contact host for pricing details). With this option, there will be an animal caretaker on the property for a half hour each morning to care for the farm animals.

About the House:
Area #1 ( the studio apartment) sleeps 5-6. There is a flex room with a toddler mattress, perfect for sleeping little ones, so adults can still talk and mingle in the apartment while they nap or go to bed early ect. It has a queen murphy bed, a triple bunk bed, a sofa bed for 1 as well as a 50" TV, a full bath, a kitchen, large fridge, oven range, ample pantry shelving, sofa, and a spectacular view of the valley.

Area /Apartment #2 is a two bedroom area that sleeps 4-7. The living room features an extendable table great for games or an work station, and a 55" TV and this space is ideal for movies. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, and one has a double pull-out trundle bed , and the other has a twin trundle.

Area#3/ 3 bedroom apartment:
It sleeps 11-15 and has a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed with a twin bunk above. This room is attached to a bathroom. The second bedroom has a triple bunks, with a double bed on the bottom bunk.

The 3rd bedroom has two triple bunkbeds one being a double bed on bottom and a full length mirror. A private kitchen and hangout area is part of this space featuring a dining table, large pantry, oven, large fridge, a pull out sleeper couch & a 50" TV.

Locally:
We are 1 Mile east of spring city and its just a 2-3 minute drive to the spring where you can get delicious water to enjoy during your stay. Bring jugs or water bottles to fill up!

Then, walk around and enjoy visiting the shops and art places in town and stop in for a breakfast or lunch at Das Cafe.

Things to do at your reunion or during your stay: we are just 15 minutes from the endless miles of beautiful ATV & side by side trails in the Manti-La Sal mountain range, 20 minutes from world class rock climbing and hiking in famous Maple canyon.

Summer Water Fun: Pool access / golfing can be arranged at nearby skyline mountain resort (15 min away). Golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding/boating (rentals available), swimming, picnicking at beautiful Palasades (lake) 40 minutes Cleveland & Electric & Mammoth lakes 45 minutes up Fairview canyon for fishing, beach playing, and kayaking(bring your own)!

Fall/Winter
Drive the Nebo loop to see the fall colors or View the famous aspens changing color on skyline drive! Also this area is famous for hunting, and there are many places for snow shoeing,
and snowmobiling (rentals close by), and there is ice fishing as well.

The Manti temple is 17 minutes down the road to the South. Ephraim with Snow college which has swimming and a rec center with raquetball ect just 10 minutes south. Mount Pleasant and the Contoy arena hosting many rodeos is 8 minutes North in Mt. Pleasant & close to a good sized grocery store and restaurants and public indoor swimming pool with summer splash pad.

Bowling in Ephraim and Drive-In movies down the road in Mount Pleasant can round out reunion memories! We have heard they have delicious burgers and food available at the drive in, and their are also meal options and gift shop in the bowling alley.
