Nash Creek retreat was perfect for me and my family. We were in the Austin area for the F1 race and even though it is about an hour away the drive with the 130 toll road was very easy and it was nice to not be in the mix with so many people and enjoy a quiet option away from the huatle and bustle of the track. Lockhart is also conveniently on the way so we were able to pick up some great BBQ on the way back after a day at the track. Seguin is a short drive and they have a nice new looking HEB where we could pick up supplies for the weekend.

We LOVED it here! The country life with a tiny bit of city not that far from there also! If you have toddlers however, I do not recommend, only because there is an upstairs and toddlers can/would fall from upstairs. Other than that, this place is perfect to get away for a weekend

Amazing home! Very Texas feeling. Perfect for being mid distance between Austin and San Antonio. Gives you total ranch life feeling. The cows on the property were a great asset! 10/10. Ready to go back to Texas after staying in this home!

Our holiday getaway was so enjoyable. The home was beautiful and so cozy. We loved the way the home was designed and enjoyed the decor. In the heat of the summer the house was very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. We also enjoyed seeing the wildlife around the property, especially the wild turkey. The home was clean and the host was very responsive prior to our trip. My granddaughters loved it! So did my son and his wife!We went hiking at Lockhart SP and Palmetto SP and this place was a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the BBQ in Luling and O'Donnell's in Lockhart was a great place for lunch on our way home.

This property is BEAUTIFUL. The drive up to the home, the big trees, the decor, everything is so beautiful. It’s a cozy cabin that took me neck to visiting my great grandma as a kid. I’m already planning to return this winter.
