Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is super central to basically anything in Miami. You can go to Brickell, Edgewater, Little Havana and Wynwood in 5 min while having access to the bridge to make it to South beach in 15 min. This is all while being a 5 min walk to Whole Foods and Starbucks in a very safe neighborhood in Downtown Miami.

What makes this property unique

This property is a very zen space for anybody who wants peace and quiet while having access to a much more adventurous city around them. One of the great perks of staying here is that the free Metromover runs right next to the building so it is very easy to get to Brickell and Edgewater on foot & train.
