Lovely little place - actually quite spacious despite being described as cosy. There was a street parking restriction the day after we stayed so the kind host showed us where we could park to avoid an early start.

We had a great time at this townhouse in Malmö. It is perfect for 5 persons and has 2 bathrooms. Kitchen, bathrooms and beds are quite new and everything works fine, also TV and WiFi. Located in Seved, only 4 bus stops or 15 minutes walk to Triangeln train station, it is ideal if you do day trips to Lund, Helsingborg or especially Copenhagen. The garden is a little overgrown, and the furniture still work in progress. So we would recommend the townhouse, despite being not 100% perfect.

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen, weshalb wir die vielen sehr positiven Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen können.Bereits bei der Ankunft wurde die Reinigung kurzfristig um eine Stunde nach hinten verschoben, sodass wir zunächst warten mussten. Trotz der zusätzlichen Zeit war das Haus leider nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Mülleimer waren noch nicht geleert, es standen zu wenige Handtücher zur Verfügung und das Bettzeug wirkte eher hastig aufgelegt als ordentlich bezogen.Auch das Badezimmer hinterließ keinen guten Eindruck, da sich in den Fugen schwarzer Schimmel befand. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.Die Lage ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Stadtteil, der früher als sozialer Brennpunkt galt. Zudem sollte man beachten, dass Parkgebühren anfallen. Ein wichtiger Hinweis für alle, die mit dem Auto anreisen: In Schweden darf man nicht entgegen der Fahrtrichtung parken. Andernfalls droht ein Bußgeld von etwa 1.000 schwedischen Kronen.Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns leider eher enttäuschend. Mit einer deutlich gründlicheren Reinigung und einer besseren Vorbereitung für anreisende Gäste könnte das Haus einen wesentlich besseren Eindruck hinterlassen.

Maison très agréable. L’hôte est très gentil et très disponible. Il fait tout pour régler les petits problèmes du quotidien. La maison est propre et rénovée presque totalement. Les deux salles de bain sont bien modernes. Près de la Station Trianglen, la maison se situe dans un bel environnement. Les enfants ont accès au jardin derrière pour jouer. Les lits étaient très confortables. Un supermarché, de nombreux cafés et restaurants sont à 800 mètres. Nous n’avons aucune réserve à recommander cet hôte et cet résidence.

Check in war sehr einfach. In der Küche war alles wesentliche vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und nah bei einer Bushaltestelle gelegen. Das einzige Manko ist, dass in der Wohnung und im Garten überall unausgepacke Möbel bzw. Kartons standen. Im Vorfeld wurde gesagt, dass es einen privaten Parkplatz gibt. Das Auto haben wir dann auf der Straße parken müssen aber das Host hat uns die Gebühren erstattet.
