Come and enjoy a relaxing, rejuvenating and peaceful setting in the bushveld. Our tranquil home is situated in Marloth Park, a nature conservancy bordering the Crocodile River and the Kruger National Park, where the game such as warthogs, bucks, zebras and giraffes freely roam.
Umvangazi Rest is a self-catering house accommodating up to a maximum of 8 people. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which leads out onto a patio with a splash pool and braai/barbeque facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and much more to make you feel at home.
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers of which one is en-suite. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor each with a double bed and the third bedroom is upstairs in the open-plan loft area which has a double bed and two single beds. The loft area leads out onto a deck.
There are many things to do in and around Marloth Park. Plan a day trip to the Kruger National Park, visit the Lionspruit Game Reserve which is situated within Marloth Park, visit the neighbouring countries of Mozambique and Swaziland or just drive around Marloth Park and enjoy a sundowner or picnic at one of the lookout points along the banks of the Crocodile river. Golf courses are also closely situated closely to Marloth Park.
There are two shopping centres within Marloth Park for your essentials and includes a garage, restaurant, deli, bottle store, laundry, hardware, bakery and butchery.
