The property has wonderful views out to the ocean and all the amenities you could ask for in the apartment. The property owner was amazingly helpful throughout our stay!

Great place! Only thing that got old was the stairs to Amapas street and the beach, but was good for the heart.

Even with all the great restaurants in Puerto Vallarta, thanks to the hills and the cobblestone streets, I always feel I am in better shape when I leave than when I arrive. Fortunately, there are so many taxis throughout the Zona Romantica, because sometimes it just feels good at the end of the day to hail a taxi to bring you right to your front door! Thanks again, Jim

Fun condo with great views. Very comfortable and clean. On-premise staff was very helpful. My quads were in much better shape after the week and the stairs (we counted 156), but Ubers were readily available. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Views, Short walk to the beach and downtown

This property displayed beautiful views of PV and a short walk to the beach and downtown. Everything you possibly need is within walking distance. Jim (owner) David (prop mgt) were both very tentative and willing to help however they could. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for two weeks.

Nice place

The condo was nice. Beautiful view on the bay. Good and safe location but there are 71 steps to climb each time we came back to the condo. Staff was pleasant. The building is very near from route 200. Noisy traffic day and night.
