REFINISHED PEBBLE TECH HEATED POOL WITH TAHOE BLUE FINISH. SPACIOUS FRONT AND BACK COVERED PORCHES THAT ARE SCREENED IN FOR YOUR COMFORT. WE LOOK FORWARD TO HOSTING YOU AND KNOW YOU WILL LOVE THIS HOME AND LOCATION!

ONLY LEAVE UNUSED NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN REFRIGERATOR. THROW EVERYTHING ELSE AWAY PLEASE.
EMPTY ALL TRASH CANS AND PUT IN OUTSIDE GARBAGE BIN. SAFE TRAVELS- THANKS FOR STAYING WITH US!!

Please note this is not a party house. Maximum of 3 cars. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in or on the property or you will be asked to leave.

Why they chose this property

Last 20 years, we have live in this neighborhood and love it so much we have a few other homes around us that we open up for Airbnb. This particular area is one of the most sought after in the county due to its large estate homes and proximity to the beach.
